overdueAcceptances(today): readonly Finding[]

Findings needing attention: accepted ones whose revisit date has passed.

There is deliberately no "unresolved" query — the type has no arm for it. This is the other half: an acceptance is a decision with an expiry, and an expired acceptance is an open finding again. Without this, an "accepted" finding is a permanent exemption written in a moment of time pressure.

revisitBy values that are not dates (an event, like "when research lands") are never overdue by time; they are the checklist's manual half.
